We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support the field sales team by managing quotations, pricing, vendor coordination, and sales operations related to IT infrastructure and hardware solutions. Key Responsibilities Support the on-field sales team with pricing, quotations, and proposals. Prepare BOQs, commercial proposals, and pricing comparisons. Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for pricing, stock availability, and lead times. Manage and update leads, opportunities, and quotations in CRM/ERP systems. Track approvals, discounts, and special pricing requests. Assist in order processing and coordinate with delivery and internal teams. Maintain accurate sales documentation and records. Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth internal coordination. Required Skills & Knowledge Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure. Knowledge of Servers, Storage, Networking, and End-User Computing. Familiarity with hardware, licensing, and IT services. Experience working in a multi-vendor solution environment. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail in pricing and documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate (BBA / BCom / BSc / BE / BTech / any relevant bachelors degree). 0 - 2 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internship/exposure can apply). Ability to work in a fast-paced IT sales environment. Willingness to learn IT products and solution selling. Candidates from Vadodara or willing to relocate.
