Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Growth: o Manage a portfolio of existing SMB accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction. o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to current clients to increase account value. o Proactively work to expand the accounts, driving long-term revenue growth.

New Business Acquisition: o Identify and target potential new SMB clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales activities. o Build a strong pipeline of potential new accounts to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. o Manage the sales process from lead generation through to deal closure.

Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management: o Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, tracking all activities and opportunities. o Use CRM tools to update deal statuses, forecast potential revenue, and report on sales activities. o Regularly provide daily updates to management on deal progress, challenges, and business growth potential.

Achievement of Sales Targets: o Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. o Develop and implement strategies to ensure that growth goals are achieved within assigned timelines.

Collaboration & Strategy: o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure that the solutions offered to clients align with their needs and objectives. o Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor s degree. Experience: Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in an SMB-focused environment. B2B sales

Skills: o Strong experience in managing and growing client accounts. o Proven track record of generating new business through cold calling, networking, and prospecting. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections. o Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
