Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students about Online/Distance MBA programs.
• Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable MBA programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and pipeline status in CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Build strong rapport with students to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the team leader/manager.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales/education counseling (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency (Marathi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in target-driven environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
