JD For Sr.Inside Sales Counselor Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students over calls/emails and guide them through the admissions process for our educational programs. Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on course offerings, fees, and career outcomes. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through diligent follow-ups and conversion strategies. Maintain a high level of productivity and meet KPIs consistently. Use CRM tools to update student interactions and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth student journey. Desired Candidate Profile: Hardworking and motivated by targets. Street smart with the ability to adapt and think on their feet. Open to working in rotational shifts and weekends, if required. Target-oriented and thrives in a performance-driven environment. A natural go-getter with high ownership. Self-disciplined, punctual, and well-organized. Sincere and ethical in handling student aspirations and data. Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written. Prior experience in inside sales or EdTech is an advantage, but not mandatory.
