Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to spearhead our growth in the US & Europe market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development efforts across the US and European markets, focusing on our core service offerings.
Research and identify target markets, building actionable prospect lists using tools, cold calls, and email outreach.
Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct detailed needs assessments to match client requirements with the right service solutions.
Drive new business growth through prospecting, relationship building, and leveraging networks.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches that clearly position our solutions against competitors

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales (preferably within IT services or consulting).
Demonstrated success in generating leads and securing client meetings.
Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
