Role: Inside Sales Representative-Google Edu Tech Company: MarketStar The role of Inside Sales Representative Google Education Technology (K-12) with MarketStar is focused on selling Googles education technology products to K-12 schools and districts in the U.S. Main Purpose of the Role To generate new business and drive revenue growth by: Reaching out to schools/districts Creating sales opportunities Promoting Googles education tools What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Prospecting & Outreach: Call, email, and message potential customers (mostly school administrators and decision-makers) in the U.S. Sales Pitching: Conduct discovery calls and demo Google products, tailoring solutions to school needs. Target Management: Meet or exceed sales targets, including daily/weekly activity goals and revenue goals (ACV – Annual Contract Value). CRM Management: Log interactions and opportunities properly in the CRM. Collaboration: Work with both your internal team and client counterparts (like Google sales teams). Reporting: Share weekly updates, forecasts, and customer insights. Skills & Experience Needed 4–5 years in outbound sales or new business development Knowledge of the US K-12 school system, decision-making hierarchy, and funding cycles Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Strong communication and presentation skills Relationship-building and multitasking capability Why Join Us?
