Inside Sales Representative

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing sales team. The ISR will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by initiating customer engagement through emails, calls, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls/emails to identify and qualify sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on our product/service portfolio. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Schedule appointments and demos for the field sales or technical team. Follow up with leads and support deal closure. Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience B2B in inside sales or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, Cloud, or IT services). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closure. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred: Experience in cloud solutions (like Google Workspace, AWS, or Microsoft 365). Prior experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
