About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with clients, product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to define user requirements and design goals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Design user interfaces that are attractive, responsive, and accessible. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experiences. Translate complex business requirements into elegant design solutions. Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and AI technologies . Required Skills : Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and good hands-on on Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop. Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Experience in creating interactive prototypes and wireframes. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
