The key responsibilities for this role include proactively reaching out to prospective customers via cold calls, emails, and online platforms. You will need to identify and qualify sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels. Additionally, conducting virtual product demos and presentations tailored to client needs is an essential part of this role. It is crucial to maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently to convert leads into sales. Collaboration with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns is also required. Keeping accurate records in the CRM system, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, is important. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets is a key aspect of this position. Providing excellent customer service and post-sales support when needed is also part of the job. Staying informed about product features, market trends, and competitors is necessary for success in this role. This is a full-time job suitable for fresher candidates.
