Job Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative, we are seeking someone who is solutions-oriented, results-driven and an innovative thinker who will enrich both our pipeline and business opportunities.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation through cold calling, hunting in US geography.
  • Calling up potential customers and pitching our headsets and driving a revenue target.
  • Handling customer queries relating to the company's products and services.
  • Reaching out to new potential accounts and tapping the market.
  • Accurately update lead records & information collected in sales systems.
  • Responsible for prospecting new clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking activities.


Knowledge

  • Requires advanced knowledge of IT industry
  • Requires knowledge of different Information Technologies.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of core business functions.
  • Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Graduate in any stream from a recognized university (mandatory).
