Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement growth opportunities in both existing and new markets. This will involve conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, as well as cold-calling or emailing decision-makers in prospect accounts to set up meetings and product demos. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead quality and conversion, running experiments on different sales approaches. You will also handle the initial contact with new prospects and build relationships through outbound prospecting and marketing activities across various channels such as digital and social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, and webinars, with the ultimate goal of converting these prospects into sales qualified opportunities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing the CRM for processing opportunities, tracking leads and tasks, and conducting proactive follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Cold-call or email decision-makers in prospect accounts to set up meetings and product demos - Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion - Run experiments on different sales approaches - Handle initial contact with new prospects and build relationships through outbound prospecting and marketing activity digital and social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, webinars etc ultimately converting these to sales qualified opportunities - Manage the CRM for processing opportunities, tracking leads & tasks, and conducting proactive follow-ups Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of experience in B2B, SaaS sales, or IT sales - Prior experience working with any Sales CRM - Exceptional written and spoken communication skills - Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the benefits include health insurance with the option to work from home. Experience in B2B sales is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
