Inside Sales Representative - SAARC

We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in SAARC, reporting to the director of Regional Sales SAARC. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth across an assigned set of accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition. You will manage the full sales cycle primarily over the phone, while partnering with the broader sales and technical teams on larger or more complex opportunities. This role offers clear growth potential and the chance to make a direct impact on new-customer acquisition and market expansion. Be a Contributor - What You ll do


  • Drive revenue growth across SAARC by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in both assigned and new accounts

  • Conduct research, identify key contacts and decision-makers, and grow opportunity leads

  • Perform telemarketing activities, proactive outreach to customers by cold calling, and set meetings appointment

  • Develop the relationship with the customer organization and the channel partners involved

  • Collaborate with the channel for fulfillment, resulting in a consistent, growing book of business

  • Pitch opportunities using collaboration technology

  • Provide quotes, forecast pipeline, and close deals

Be Prepared - What You Bring


  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales or inside sales, telemarketing, or business development experience in an outbound quota-carrying sales environment positioning an IT service or technology solution

  • Energetic self-starter mindset with a consultative sales approach and proactive in increasing sales revenue

  • Experience engaging with senior executives and technical decision-makers across organizations of all sizes

  • Ability to research and identify key personas within target accounts to drive effective outreach

  • Solid experience collaborating closely with sales, sales engineers, field marketing, and other key stakeholders to develop and grow opportunities and business

  • Experience influencing, directing, partnering, and working with channel stakeholders

  • Excellent telephone selling skills are a must

  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6sense

  • Ability to meet deadlines and measurable objectives

  • Polished communicator with the ability to initiate and carry a conversation well with good verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English

  • Be able to articulate Infoblox s technology offering and value proposition to customers with confidence and clarity

  • Become a key contributing team member by working collaboratively with the Field Sales team

  • Understand the customers across APJ and build a new pipeline for them

One Year:


  • Build strong relationships with our key customers stakeholders in the region

  • Meet quotas and drive business growth in the region through consistent execution of the business plan

  • Collaborate with leaders in the region and be part of the decision-making process
