• Engage with assigned leads and initiate timely contact through the auto-dialer system.
• Qualify leads by evaluating their interests, requirements, and eligibility for programs with public universities in Germany and Italy.
• Build rapport and establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening.
• Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified prospects.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure seamless communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to support the enrollment process.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
