Role Overview


Are you a natural at conversations, love cracking client puzzles, and want to dip your toes into the high-stakes world of enterprise tech sales? Humanize is looking for driven Inside Sales interns to help build pipeline, qualify leads, and support our GTM motion.

Responsibilities


  • Prospecting & Outreach –

    Research target accounts and drive email + LinkedIn-based outreach
  • CRM Management –

    Update and maintain lead records, call notes, and pipeline activity
  • First Contact Pitching –

    Set up intro calls, share collaterals, schedule meetings with the sales team
  • Sales Support –

    Assist the GTM team with proposals, follow-ups, and account-level intelligence
  • Market Research –

    Map accounts, identify key decision-makers, and track industry trends


What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong communication skills- written and spoken

  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales is a plus

  • Grit – ability to follow up like a pro and not take ghosting personally 😄

  • Curiosity and initiative – you're not afraid to ask questions or experiment with messaging

  • A few hours a week to commit, with consistency and ownership
