Role Overview:

professional, confident, and articulated Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential learners through outbound calls and digital interactions.
  • Understand customer career goals and recommend suitable executive programs.
  • Drive consultative, high-ticket sales through strong relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Manage CRM entries and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the learner experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and deliver consultative sales pitches
  • Understand learner goals and recommend appropriate Simplilearn programs
  • Convert leads through confident, structured, and persuasive communication
  • Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and strong follow-up discipline
  • Share customer feedback with marketing/product teams
  • High energy, target-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-oriented environment
  • Salesforce/CRM experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional English communication

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed package:

    4.8–7.3 LPA

    (based on experience and performance in the interview).

    Monday to Saturday

    (10:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
  • Saturday working hours are additionally compensated.
