Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-value goods or services.

• Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

• Professional degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in high-value goods or services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an added advantage.
• Skills in inside sales, real estate sales, business English, and telecalling are required.
