- Engage and convert inbound enquiries from digital ads & campaigns
- Drive inside sales calls to understand client needs and pitch smart workspace solutions - Collaborate with IPCs, channel partners, and internal leasing teams - Keep the lead pipeline fresh & organized through CRM tools - Schedule site visits, follow-ups, and support closures - Smash monthly conversion & revenue goals

- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate / coworking / IPCs
- Strong communication, pitching & negotiation skills - Hustle mindset with a love for targets - Knowledge of Pune’s commercial real estate scene (bonus points!) - A people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setup
