Key Responsibilities

• Run inside sales campaigns via calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain lead databases; identify and qualify prospects.
• Engage with hospital administrators, doctors, and healthcare stakeholders to present solutions.
• Understand healthcare workflows and conduct meaningful sales conversations.
• Effectively articulate product value and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales; healthcare IT sales preferred.
• Proven success selling digital health solutions (EHRs, EMRs, patient apps, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
