Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Inside Sales Manager Location: Noida (Hybrid/On-site) About the Role We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional with a strong interest in healthcare technology. This role involves driving lead generation, managing sales campaigns, and engaging with decision-makers to promote digital health solutions. Key Responsibilities Run inside sales campaigns via calls, emails, and digital channels. Build and maintain lead databases; identify and qualify prospects. Engage with hospital administrators, doctors, and healthcare stakeholders to present solutions. Understand healthcare workflows and conduct meaningful sales conversations. Effectively articulate product value and handle objections. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales; healthcare IT sales preferred. Proven success selling digital health solutions (EHRs, EMRs, patient apps, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
