INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Location:

• Handle and follow up on inbound leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Connect with prospects and close orders independently
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with field sales for order execution
• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
• Support the team with proposals, presentations, and order processing
• Work closely with dispatch and production teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Candidates with a minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong in follow-ups, coordination, and confident in client handling
• Proficient in Excel, email handling, and CRM tools
• B2B or industrial sales experience preferred

• Work timing: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Work from our Sector 21, Gurugram office
• Salary: As per industry standards + performance-linked incentives
