3. Understand Products: Learn about our water treatment material solutions and explain their benefits to clients in simple terms.
4. Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets to help drive the company's growth.
5. Quote Prices: Give accurate and competitive price quotes based on customer needs and company guidelines.
6. Research Market: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to spot new opportunities.
- At least 2 years of inside sales experience, in B2B.
- Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong at negotiating and closing deals.
- Knowledge or experience with water solutions is a bonus.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
