Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Drive inbound and outbound sales via CRM, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns.
    • Manage the end-to-end inside sales funnel: lead qualification, demo scheduling, quotation follow-ups, and closure. • Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize campaigns for lead-to-sale conversion.

2. Sales Performance & Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of telecallers and sales executives; set daily/weekly targets.
    • Monitor team KPIs (calls made, demos booked, conversions, AOV, response time). • Coach team on objection handling, consultative selling, and Solar360 product knowledge.

3. CRM & Process Excellence

  • Ensure 100% CRM hygiene: lead tagging, pipeline updates, follow-up tracking.
    • Use dashboards to analyze lead quality, region-wise performance, and funnel leakage. • Collaborate with the product and operations teams to resolve order, logistics, and installation queries swiftly.
