Inside Sales Manager

You are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join the dynamic sales team at PagarBook. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving sales quotas. You will be conducting research to identify leads through various means such as telephone, email, webinar, and in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. - Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions. - Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure. - Close sales to achieve quarterly quotas. - Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. - Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory. - Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals. - Perform effective online demos to prospects. Requirements: - Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas. - Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls daily. - Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools. - Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening and presentation abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
