Job Description The Inside Sales Lead will be responsible for generating sales leads and working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive business growth. The role involves developing strategies to identify and engage prospective customers, qualifying leads, and ensuring that targets for sales-qualified leads and revenue are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead the generation of sales leads by researching, targeting, and opening new customer opportunities (Hunting). Build an inside sales function and yet be hands-on. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop strategies for identifying new business opportunities. Prepare a prospect list and create detailed account profiles to support lead generation activities. Engage prospective customers through multiple channels including Email, Cold Calling, and LinkedIn. Develop targeted messaging to effectively engage prospective contacts and accounts. Schedule and coordinate introductory calls to qualify leads and ensure alignment with sales objectives. Ensure CRM is regularly updated with all lead-generation activities and progress. Monitor and track metrics to achieve yearly SQL and revenue targets. Work with the Sales team to align on pipeline strategy and qualification criteria. Qualifications B2B Lead Generation Experience: Proven experience in generating leads and qualifying prospects in the North American market. Sales Leadership: Previous experience in a sales
