Role: Head of Inside Sales (CentAI Preventive Diagnostics)

Our AI-driven multimodal diagnostic stack combines over 100 biomarkers, full-body MRI, ultra-low dose CT, DEXA, and ECG to detect 200+ conditions, including cancers, cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurological diseases. We aim to make CentAI the global gold standard in early detection, accuracy, and trust.


Role Overview

Head of Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Inside Sales team responsible for converting high-intent leads into paying customers.
  • Design and implement scalable

    lead management and CRM systems

    , ensuring real-time visibility and accountability across the funnel.
  • Create and refine sales playbooks, scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and training modules.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment across lead generation, qualification, and customer experience.
  • Own the entire revenue target for inside sales and optimize CAC-to-LTV ratios.
  • Track and improve conversion metrics across stages: inquiry, consult, booking, and payment.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives and managers to achieve performance excellence.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve
  • outcomes.
  • Champion a consultative selling approach that builds trust and long-term relationships with customers.


Ideal Background

  • 8-10 years of experience in

    inside sales, pre-sales, or revenue operations

    within sectors like
  • healthtech, edtech, fintech, real estate, or premium B2C services

    .
  • Proven experience in setting up and scaling a consultative sales process for high-ticket or complex products.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills; ability to motivate and scale teams across multiple cities
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and fluency in both process and persuasion.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and outcome orientation.
