What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end content strategy

  for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) aligned with CENT AI’s brand voice.

• Create engaging content

  – reels, short-form videos, carousels, blogs, infographics, and thought-leadership posts.

• Manage video production

  – ideate scripts, coordinate shoots (doctors, users, clinics), edit raw footage into compelling reels/shorts.

• Run the content calendar

  – plan and schedule posts, ensure timely execution, and maintain consistency.

• Engage & grow community

  – respond to comments, build conversations, and track sentiment.

• Track performance

  – monitor analytics, experiment with formats, and iterate to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Work closely with

  growth, design, and medical teams

  to translate scientific depth into

  relatable, viral content

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in

  social media management and content creation

  (preferably in healthcare, consumer tech, or lifestyle).
• Strong skills in

  video creation/editing

  (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
• Hands-on knowledge of

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content, and trending formats

  .
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of

  visual storytelling

  .
• Ability to

  translate complex ideas into simple, engaging content

• Self-starter who can

  own projects end-to-end

  with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with

  basic analytics

  and insights-driven optimization.
