Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Inside Sales Freshers, located in Dwarka. As an Inside Sales professional, you will identify potential clients, make outbound calls, and engage with leads to generate sales opportunities. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting solutions effectively, achieving sales targets, maintaining detailed records of communications, and continuously building product knowledge to deliver value propositions.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to actively listen to client needs.
• Sales-related capabilities, such as lead generation, client engagement, and target-oriented approaches.
• Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion to build lasting client relationships and close deals.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales platforms.
• Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in sales or related internships is an added advantage.
