Role & Responsibilities: ● Drive customer acquisition through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. ● Understand customer needs and recommend relevant babycare products from Peeko’s catalog. ● Convert leads into active customers by explaining value propositions and addressing queries. ● Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. ● Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on campaigns and offers. ● Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics. ● Continuously improve sales scripts, pitches, and processes based on feedback and performance. ● Stay updated on Peeko’s offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Ideal Candidate: ● 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition (B2C/B2B). ● Strong communication and persuasion skills; ability to build trust over phone/virtual meetings. ● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Proficiency in CRM tools and comfort with using digital communication platforms. ● Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. ● Ability to handle objections and convert interest into sales effectively. ● Passion for customer engagement and a drive to grow with the company.
