Role Overview

Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel professionals on programs related to

  life skills, counseling, and psychology.

• Identify their emotional and professional needs, recommending suitable training or growth pathways.

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions that blend educational guidance with emotional support.

• Explain and promote Your Hope Line’s programs in a clear, empathetic, and impactful manner.

• Organize and facilitate workshops on emotional intelligence, stress management, leadership, and personal growth.

• Maintain counseling records with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Act as a mentor—supporting professionals in aligning career goals with emotional well-being.

• Strong communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Background in psychology, counseling, HR, or corporate learning.
• Passion for guiding people through emotional and professional crossroads.
• Ability to simplify complex psychological concepts into practical, relatable advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related fields.
• Experience in life skills training, corporate counseling, or educational guidance is preferred.
• Freshers with strong passion and aptitude will also be considered.
