Role Overview We are looking for an Education Counselor who can inspire, guide, and educate professionals seeking personal and professional transformation. This role goes beyond academics—you will introduce people to life skills, emotional intelligence, and psychology-based programs that empower them to navigate challenges with resilience and confidence. Key Responsibilities Counsel professionals on programs related to life skills, counseling, and psychology. Identify their emotional and professional needs, recommending suitable training or growth pathways. Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions that blend educational guidance with emotional support. Explain and promote Your Hope Line’s programs in a clear, empathetic, and impactful manner. Organize and facilitate workshops on emotional intelligence, stress management, leadership, and personal growth. Maintain counseling records with confidentiality and professionalism. Act as a mentor—supporting professionals in aligning career goals with emotional well-being. Desired Skills & Qualities Strong communication, listening, and motivational skills. Background in psychology, counseling, HR, or corporate learning. Passion for guiding people through emotional and professional crossroads. Ability to simplify complex psychological concepts into practical, relatable advice. Compassionate, professional, and impact-driven mindset. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related fields. Experience in life skills training, corporate counseling, or educational guidance is preferred.
