• Own and execute outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold emails, and targeted calling • Research and build lists of ideal customer profiles in key markets such as SaaS, healthcare, enterprise tech, AI & Data Solutions, App Development & modernization, Digital experience & Frontend engineering, Microsoft platforms) • Engage with decision-makers to set up qualified meetings for senior sales leadership • Work closely with marketing to personalize outreach campaigns • Maintain accurate records and activity logs in CRM • Update weekly progress to reporting manager or as and when required. • Stay current on product knowledge, competitor landscape, and market trends • Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute insights from outreach performance
• 2-4 years of proven experience in IT outbound sales or business development • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Prior experience in US market-facing roles • Strong understanding of outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce etc. • Ability to conduct structured outreach and engage senior stakeholders • Confident in drafting compelling email copy and handling objection calls • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • Willingness to work in US hours (up to 5:30 PM EST)
