Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead Management: Handle leads provided by the company as well as generate new leads through outbound calling, cold calling, and telemarketing, targeting hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and catering businesses. Client Engagement & Conversion: Professionally present the features and benefits of our kitchen equipment to potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare and send accurate product quotations. Conduct timely follow-ups to answer client questions, address objections, and move leads toward closure. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned monthly targets for number of calls made, conversions achieved, and revenue generated. Professional Communication: Maintain excellent behavior, patience, and courtesy in all customer interactions to represent the company with integrity and build strong business relationships. Coordination & Support: Work closely with internal departments such as production, service, and logistics to ensure accurate information, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction. Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback and market insights to share with management for continuous product and service improvement.
