Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Lead Management: Engage with leads provided by the company and proactively identify new business opportunities through targeted technical outreach to restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, and institutional clients. Client Consultation: Assess customer needs and offer expert recommendations on optimal kitchen equipment layouts, configurations, and custom stainless steel solutions tailored to their operational requirements. Quotation & Follow-up: Prepare precise technical quotations and product specifications. Conduct timely follow-ups to resolve queries, offer clarifications, and guide prospects toward order confirmation. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals related to client consultations, confirmed orders, and revenue generation. Professional Communication: Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all client interactionsensuring clarity, respect, and relationship-building that fosters long-term business partnerships. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and service teams to ensure technical feasibility, product accuracy, timely execution, and customer satisfaction. Market Feedback: Relay on-ground insights to management for continuous improvement in product offerings, technical service, and customer experience.
