As a Sr. Manager for distribution Enablement in Infineon s IOT Compute and Wireless (ICW) business unit, you will drive the growth and success for our distribution network globally. You will play a key role in business development and enablement, focused on equipping distribution partners with the technical knowledge, tools and support needed to drive adoption of MCUs and wireless connectivity products and solutions to achieve sustainable and scalable revenue growth. In this role, you will be working closely with product line marketing, sales and technical teams to develop strategies, partner capabilities and deliver impactful training programs and initiatives that expand our market reach through distribution channels. You will track, monitor, and report on key metrics for business to ensure activities drive the target KPIs including business growth. Work closely with product line marketing and application marketing teams to develop product positioning and unique value propositions, training materials & programs, and strategies for demand and lead creation Identify, onboard and scale high-potential distribution partners along with regional distribution teams in target markets and verticals Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, distributors, ODM, OEMs Identifying and pursuing opportunities for co-marketing, co-selling, and joint product development with distributors Gather feedback continuously from distribution partners to improve products, solutions, training effectiveness etc based on market trends. Analyze partner performance, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and help distribution customers use ICW products seamlessly for their upcoming designs Drive adoption of key products and solutions in the mass-market segment through focused channel programs and campaigns. Define and execute joint business plans with distributors and regional distribution teams such as product focus areas (MCUs, connectivity and security) and go to market strategies Develop training plans and strategies to increase mindshare with distributions, sales and customers that generate business and uncover new segments and target markets You are best equipped for this task if you have: bachelors or masters degree in electronics or computer science with a strong familiarity of the microcontroller market and MBA is a plus At least 5 years of experience in product or application marketing, business development or Field or application engineering for microcontrollers Thorough understanding of microcontrollers is a must; WiFi, Bluetooth & Security knowledge will be a plus Deeper understanding in the area of IOT applications such as Smart Home, Home Appliances, Wearables, Industrial applications Strong emphasis on customer intimacy, winning projects and driving revenue and customer-first mindset with a passion for empowering others. Energy, ownership, and a no-excuses attitude towards delivering impact International networking skills and the willingness to travel is a must (40-50%) Able to consolidate distribution enablement strategies and distribution customer feedback for management decision-making Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work closely with all levels in a global, matrix environment.
