Role overview and Key responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation \u2013 Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients, introduce company products/services, and generate interest. Cold Emailing & Follow-ups \u2013 Craft engaging email pitches, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships to drive conversions. Client Engagement \u2013 Build strong rapport with decision-makers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions. Sales Target Achievement \u2013 Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets. CRM & Reporting \u2013 Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and client interactions in CRM software. Market Research \u2013 Identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and gather valuable business insights. Requirements What we are looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive successful conversions Confidence in handling objections and rejections with a solution-driven approach Basic understanding of sales techniques and the B2B sales cycle Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation is a plus Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communication Benefits Why join us?
