Job Description – Technician Visit client sites to install hygiene machines(bins & VM) and ensure proper setup. Demonstrate how to use the product and answer customer queries. Submit all documents after installation and ensure the unit is ready to use. Respond quickly to urgent service issues, installations, or complaints at client sites. Troubleshoot technical problems and support smooth, on-the-spot resolutions. Act as a flexible field resource, managing both technician and service executive tasks as needed. Attend service calls to fix technical issues with installed machines at client locations. Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure machines are working properly.
