Job Description

As a Lead Generation Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Your responsibilities will include: - Cold calling prospects generated by external lead sources. - Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process. - Penetrating all targeted accounts and generating sales from the client base. - Collaborating with Sales Supervisors and Account Managers to develop strategic sales approaches. - Creating and delivering qualified opportunities to Account Managers when appropriate. - Maintaining and expanding the company's prospect database. - Ensuring follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. - Setting up and delivering sales presentations and product/service demonstrations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience: 1-4 years - Qualification: Graduate/MBA This position does not involve monetary targets and offers career-oriented growth opportunities in marketing and sales.
