The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication with clients, customer service, and driving sales for the company. Qualifications Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Proven Sales experience Proactive lead identification & qualification (various channels). Researching and understanding client needs. Maintaining CRM records of sales activities. Conducting engaging product demos/presentations (phone, video, online). Developing and delivering compelling proposals/quotes. Effective sales pipeline management for maximum conversion. Negotiating and closing deals (adhering to pricing/terms). Achieving/exceeding sales targets (monthly/quarterly). Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Providing exceptional customer service/support throughout. Promptly addressed client inquiries and resolved issues. Collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction. Maintaining thorough software/competitive knowledge. Staying updated on industry trends/best practices. Providing client needs/market insights to product development. Tracking and reporting sales activities/performance. Analyzing sales data for improvement opportunities. Providing regular progress/challenge updates to the sales manager.
