Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility will be lead generation and supporting the US Salesforce team.
This role involves researching potential leads, initiating outreach via email and LinkedIn, and maintaining accurate records.
Over time, the candidate will also contribute to B2B marketing initiatives, making this a dynamic position with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Research
Identify and research potential leads using online tools and databases
Maintain and update lead information in CRM (Salesforce)
Outreach & Engagement
Send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects
Assist in scheduling calls or demos for the US sales team
Salesforce Support
Help manage and update Salesforce records for the US team
Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-ups
Marketing Collaboration (Added Advantage)
Support B2B marketing campaigns (email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns)
Assist in content distribution and lead nurturing activities

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
Strong communication and research skills
Knowledge of B2B marketing concepts is a plus

Skills

Proficiency in email and LinkedIn outreach
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) is an advantage
