Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic staffing team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about human resources and recruitment. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements. Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with clients. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding and documentation processes. Coordinate with clients and understand their staffing needs. Assist in organizing job fairs, walk-ins, and recruitment drives. Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates and clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions (freshers can apply). Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and email communication. Preferred Skills Exposure to job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS (preferred, not mandatory).
