Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, managing and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the overall sales strategy of the company.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in the cold chain packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
