Job Description

Role Overview: You will be an Inside Sales Executive in a B2C environment, responsible for selling IT education courses with a focus on Cyber Security Training and ISMS Training. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, actively seeking new sales opportunities, participating in marketing events, handling live chat customers, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets - Work with a sales team to sell IT/Cyber Security courses - Identify and target potential customers through phone, email, and social media - Participate in marketing events like webinars and workshops - Handle live chat customers on the website - Follow up with leads to close deals and report to the manager - Maintain accurate sales records and reports Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the education/training industry - Availability of a laptop with good internet connectivity - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Go-getter and self-starter attitude - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Strong passion for cybersecurity and technology - Familiarity with ISMS/cybersecurity training courses is a plus,
