Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with Oceania homeowners, understanding their needs, and helping them transition to renewable energy products. The ideal candidate will have proven international calling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to close sales with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Australian customers to promote solar panels, battery storage, and other energy efficiency upgrades.
• Educate customers on government/state-driven renewable energy incentives and rebates.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Manage CRM records with accurate customer and sales information.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international outbound calling (mandatory).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in international markets.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, solar, real estate, ISP, Gas & Electricity or energy efficiency products is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
