Role Overview: As an Inside Sales professional, you will be crucial in driving pipeline growth and revenue attainment by generating Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the Sales team within Enterprise accounts. Your primary responsibilities will involve initiating contact with suspects and prospects, executing call campaigns, presenting key selling points, conducting lead/prospect qualification, and establishing strong relationships with decision makers. Your ultimate objective will be to schedule phone-based and/or face-to-face meetings to create sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the Sales team through outbound telephone calls. - Schedule phone-based and/or face-to-face meetings within Enterprise accounts. - Execute call campaigns by utilizing various lead sources. - Present key selling points, features, and benefits while addressing prospect needs. - Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification, including identifying projects, timelines, and budgets. - Develop credibility and relationships with decision makers for potential future opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Must have experience in selling within the US market. - Cold calling experience is mandatory. - Proficient command of the English language. - Previous involvement in a B2B campaign. - Internet savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com). Furthermore, this position presents significant growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company. The compensation package includes an appealing salary and an uncapped commission structure. Please note that the shift timings for this role adhere to the US Shift (Mon-Fri), with Saturdays and Sundays designated as fixed offs.
