Job Description – Backend / Sales Executive Location: Mysore Company: Gupio Services Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month About Gupio:Gupio Services Pvt. Position Overview:We are seeking a Backend / Sales Executive to handle backend operations, sales coordination, and client support activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good with communication, and have strong organizational skills to assist the sales team and ensure smooth customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client interactions. Handle backend documentation, data entry, and CRM updates. Coordinate with clients for queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support. Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely communication between departments. Assist in generating leads, cold calling, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Ensure smooth execution of sales orders and service delivery processes. Maintain confidentiality of client and company information. Requirements:Graduate / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales support, backend operations, or customer service (Freshers can also apply). Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
