Inside Sales Executive (Female)

As a Telemarketing Executive for ERP solutions targeted towards Educational Institutions, Schools, and Colleges, your role will involve: - Making cold calls, sending texts, emails, and using social messaging apps for lead generation. - Creating tele sales pitches and conducting online presentations. - Identifying new client opportunities through various online and offline mediums. - Updating and maintaining sales tasks and activities in the official CRM software. - Conducting calls with customers and prospects, delivering effective presentations, and preparing written proposals. - This position is specifically for female candidates. Qualifications, Experience & Skillset: - Required: Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, BTech, or equivalent. - 0-2 years of experience as an Inside Sales/Telemarketing Executive. - Freshers with fluent English are also encouraged to apply. - Preference for candidates with exposure in IT Sales, Software sales, or EdTech. - Proficiency in CRM tools, digital/social media, web conferencing, etc. - Strong intuition and insight into human behavior. - Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and recommending suitable products or services. - Excellent verbal communication, tele-calling skills, and convincing approach. - Resourceful with exceptional research skills. - Must own a Smartphone.
