Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Sparrow Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Bhubaneswar. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and explaining our products and services. The role includes maintaining customer databases, providing information in response to inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Telecaller will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team with their tasks.
