Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven Business Development Associate – Inside Sales whose primary responsibility is to convert assigned leads, pitch the product and close sales. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads (students, guardians, schools, principals, coordinators, school owners) and pitch.
• Conduct sales calls to explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Handle objections, clarify queries, and ensure smooth conversion.
• Schedule and conduct online product demos to decision-makers.
• Follow the complete sales cycle: pitching → demo → negotiation → closing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales conversations, progress, and closures in CRM.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of newly closed clients.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upsells.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales/EdTech sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
