Job Description:

New Delhi Medical Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Chhatarpur, New Delhi. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and converting leads into customers — all from within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls and follow up on leads
• Explain products/services to potential clients over the phone
• Maintain a daily call log and lead tracker
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
• Coordinate with the field sales and support teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–2 years of inside/telesales or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Freshers with strong speaking skills are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English preferred
