Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Make
outbound sales calls
to promote:
Travel packages
Flight bookings
Hotel reservations
Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide
end-to-end booking support
Follow up
with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Maintain
customer interaction records
and
sales transaction data
Convert
Non-Transacting Agents (NTA)
into
active transacting agents
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
